LPN – Contract (Part-Time Nights)

Location: NY 14527
Pay: $1,258 – $1,420
Hours: 2–3x8 hr nights, every other weekend and holidays
Orientation: Must be available to start on a Tuesday or Thursday

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care under RN supervision

• Assist residents with ADLs: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, positioning, skin care

• Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights and alarms

• Support resident nutrition: meal prep, feeding, and honoring preferences

• Assist with rehabilitative needs: range of motion, transfers, mobility, and alignment

• Observe, report, and document changes in resident physical, emotional, and psychosocial status

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• NY LPN Licensure (Required)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) (Required)

• Minimum 1 year experience as LPN in LTC or CNA capacity (Required)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Availability for variable nights, weekends, and holidays
