Position Overview:
Provide skilled nursing care to students in a school-based setting, including routine health office responsibilities and response to illnesses or injuries.
Administer medications, perform health assessments, and maintain accurate student health records in accordance with established protocols.
Support students with individual healthcare needs through one-on-one nursing care, as assigned.
Collaborate with school staff to promote a safe and healthy learning environment while ensuring compliance with student health plans.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Practical Nursing diploma from an accredited program
Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) License
Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
Previous experience in pediatrics or school nursing preferred
