We're currently hiring for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday day shifts 8 to 10 hours per day for a private duty case. You can choose every weekend or every other if that works better for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to patients with chronic conditions, post-surgical needs, or other health challenges
Take vitals, perform assessments, document care, and update the RN supervisor
Support patients in following their care plan and learning self-care techniques
Educate family members on care routines, medications, and home safety
Work alongside a care team including RNs, CNAs, and physicians
Contribute to discharge planning and ongoing care coordination
What You'll Need:
Active Ohio LPN license
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
At least 1 year of LPN experience , ideally in home health
CPR certification
Familiarity with home health regulations (state and federal)
Clinical confidence, strong communication, and a compassionate heart
