Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans. Administer medications and treatments. Monitor resident conditions and report changes. Supervise CNAs and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications: Active LPN license in the state of Oregon Strong clinical and communication skills A resident-centered approach to care
