Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift Long Term Care assignment in Beulah, ND. This opportunity is ideal for an LPN who is compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently during overnight shifts while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor resident conditions and report/document any changes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and supportive care needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety standards
- Respond promptly to resident concerns, emergencies, and changes in condition
- Deliver compassionate and professional care throughout overnight shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN License required
- Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Dependable, flexible, and resident-focused professional
- Strong assessment and patient care abilities
