LPN – Veterans Home Hours

  • 3pm-11pm -5X8 hour shifts per week – includes every other weekend

LPN – Veterans Home Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $34.00 an hour paid weekly
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

LPN – Veterans Home Responsibilities

  • Provided direct nursing care to veteran and geriatric residents in a long-term care setting
  • Administered medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered by physicians
  • Monitored vital signs, resident conditions, and reported changes to RN/medical staff
  • Assisted with admissions, discharges, and care planning
  • Documented resident care and maintained accurate medical records
  • Supervised CNAs and assisted with daily resident care needs
  • Responded to medical emergencies and ensured resident safety
  • Supported residents with dementia, rehabilitation, and chronic medical conditions
