LPN Qualifications:
Must have and maintain a current license to practice nursing
Must have current CPR and First Aid Certification
Must be able to perform job-relevant duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting/moving a minimum of 50 pounds
LPN Job Duties:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as defined in the resident care plan
Medication supervision, correctly documenting each medication given and ensuring that medications are ordered and received
Communicates with staff and family after any incident as well as completes the incident report accurately and timely
Diabetic Care, Routine Injections, and Oxygen Management
Other Duties as assigned
