At VNA of Care New England, we’re seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Home Health team, delivering personalized, one-on-one care. What You’ll Do: As a Home Health LPN, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care and support to patients in their homes, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll help manage care plans, monitor progress, and ensure each patient receives the compassionate and skilled care they deserve.
