Work Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Monday - Friday day/evening, alternating weekends and holidays. You will work at the 2550 Charles St Clinic, Home Health.

Qualifications Graduate from an approved licensed practical school of nursing. Required

Licenses & Certifications

  • Current LPN license to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
  • Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
