Location: New York 14527
Pay: $1,379 – $1,555/week
Shift: Full-Time Nights, 5x8s (11:00 PM – 07:30 AM), every weekend
Provide direct and indirect nursing care to adult and geriatric residents under RN supervision
Assess patient condition, collect data, and report changes to the care team
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans
Administer treatments and support daily care needs in a safe environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and support resident/family education
Maintain clinical competency and participate in staff support/orientation
Licensure: Active New York LPN License – Required
Experience:
Minimum 1 year LPN experience (LTC preferred) – Required
Certifications:
BLS (AHA or RQI) – Required
40 hours/week; every weekend required
Two consecutive days off weekly (when possible)
Potential holiday coverage required
Exposure to bloodborne pathogens possible
