We are looking for a hardworking & fun LPN to come join our vibrant team at the Family Medicine Amber Valley Clinic. We are a fast-paced, lively clinic.

The Resident Clinic is unique as the primary providers are Physician's that are in their residency. We have a small nursing team of 7.

LPN Typical Duties:
- Conducting nurse visits
- Communicating with providers
- Responding to my chart messages
- Blood pressure & weight checks
- Suture & staple removal
- Administering vaccines
- Medication refills

This position will work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, no weekends or major holidays located at the NEW Amber Valley Clinic.

Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.

Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
