Join our team and make a difference as an LPN or CMA in the Behavioral Health Clinic - Child & Adolescent Unit! The Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Medical Assistant provide direct and supportive clinical care to pediatric and adolescent patients within an outpatient behavioral health setting. The LPN and CMA work collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, RNs, and care teams to support safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered care, including medication management, monitoring, and coordination of services for children and adolescents with mental health and behavioral conditions. Will also be cross trained to the Adult behavioral health clinic to support staffing needs.

LPN starting pay begins at $24.21 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Pay range: $24.21 - $36.35 per hour
CMA starting pay begins at $21.54 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Pay range: $21.54 - $32.31 per hour
$2,500 (LPN) and $2,000 (CMA) hiring bonus
$5,000 relocation bonus

Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
OR
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with one of the following:
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
American Medical Technologists (AMT)
National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
AED and CPR training per established policy
Workplace Violene Prevention initial and on-going training provided and required
Due to licensure requirements pertaining to children's residential facilities, staff who supervise residents at Addiction Medicine Adolescent or Clara's House must be at least 21 years old.
For any persons who will be employed in a Recovery Plus service, and who have direct client contact must have been free of chemical use problems for at least the two years immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. To be eligible for the hiring bonus or relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position. Bonuses will only be awarded in cases where the applicant has not worked for CentraCare for at least the past nine months. Relocation bonus also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the clinic and must relocate to within 30 miles of the clinic within 120 days of employment.
