Education and Experience • Current Minnesota License as LPN • Demonstrated knowledge of aging populations and community health resources • Minimum 2 years' experience in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing • Experience leading teams and staff development
Preferred • Education or coursework in healthcare administration or leadership

Job Description The LPN Clinical Care Leader ensures high-quality clinical operations within the Assisted Living facility, aligned with state regulations and company standards. This role supports resident well-being through effective clinical oversight, interdisciplinary collaboration, and staff mentorship. The position functions in close coordination with the Licensed Assisted Living Director and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor to ensure optimal resident outcomes and staff satisfaction.
