LP Services Specialists provide day-to-day operational and relationship support for limited partners in private funds. The role ensures that LPs receive timely, accurate reporting and assistance with inquiries, capital activities, and fund documentation.
This position requires collaboration with fund operations, investor relations, portfolio, and compliance teams, combining analytical skills, process management, and client service excellence.
Serve as a primary point of contact for LP inquiries and service requests
Assist LPs with capital calls, distributions, account statements, and reporting
Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual LP reports, fund performance updates, and other investor communications
Support LP onboarding and maintain accurate investor records
Coordinate with portfolio and operations teams to resolve LP-related issues
Monitor and track LP activity, requests, and resolutions
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance LP service and operational efficiency
Prepare ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal teams and fund leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Familiarity with private funds, fund operations, and investor reporting
Experience in client services, investor relations, or fund operations preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or data management tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple LP requests simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and client-focused
