At Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz, our Loyalty Department works directly with existing Mercedes-Benz customers already visiting our service department. These are warm customer opportunities inside a luxury dealership environment built on professionalism, accountability, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do
You will work directly with existing Mercedes-Benz customers to identify upgrade opportunities, improve ownership experiences, and help customers explore solutions that fit their goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Engage with service customers and review complimentary vehicle appraisals
- Present upgrade opportunities and customized vehicle proposals professionally and confidently
- Help customers explore options that may improve payments, financing, or ownership experience
- Deliver a consultative luxury customer experience focused on trust and long-term relationships
- Build strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-through
- Manage warm customer opportunities generated through the service drive
- Utilize CRM tools and dealership systems to track customer communication and opportunities
- Maintain organized follow-up throughout the customer process
- Collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to support dealership growth goals
- Represent the Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism and integrity

Compensation & Opportunity
- Full-time position
- $25.00–$100.00 hourly base pay - Our top performers earn $200,000+
