We are hiring a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead industrial and mission-critical projects from kickoff through closeout in the Kansas City metro area. This hybrid position is based in Lenexa, KS with regular visits to active job sites. The Low Voltage Project Manager will own scope, schedule, and budget performance across structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and industrial network infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities - Low Voltage Project Manager
Manage low voltage construction projects end-to-end including structured cabling, fiber optic installation, access control systems, video surveillance, and industrial network infrastructure
Coordinate field supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules and quality standards
Own project budgets, forecasts, and job cost performance while identifying scope gaps and managing change orders with accurate pricing
Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages to ensure clean handoffs and audit readiness
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to customers and internal stakeholders with clarity and consistency
Qualifications - Low Voltage Project Manager
3 or more years of project management experience in low voltage, electrical construction, or industrial environments
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scope documents
Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing and internal coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
