Responsibilities include workforce planning, training, monitoring progress, managing costs, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance. Candidates should have 2-5 years of low voltage or commercial construction experience, 1-2 years of leadership, and preferably hyperscale data center background. Certifications such as BICSI are a plus. The role offers a pay rate of $27-$38/hour, benefits like 401K, health insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.
