About the Role: WETYS Asset Recovery is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Lot Attendant to support daily operations at our Merrifield location. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant environment for our field agents, clients, and transport partners.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure lot at all times
Review vehicle intake, such as documented condition reports and photos
Assist with moving, staging, and organizing vehicles and personal property
Support field agents and transporters with check‑ins and releases
Ensure all units are properly tagged, logged, and stored according to company procedures
Monitor lot activity and report any issues, safety concerns, or unauthorized access
Follow all compliance, safety, and chain‑of‑custody standards required in the asset recovery industry
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a must
Prior experience in towing, repossession, automotive, or lot management is a plus but not required
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
