Bowser Hyundai Service dpeartment in Chippewa is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Full-Time Lot Attendant to join our service team. This position plays an important role in providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, moving and caring for vehicles, operating the Bowser Shuttle, and supporting the service department as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Safely valet customer vehicles for service appointments.
- Inspect vehicles and document any existing damage.
- Wash and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
- Drive the Bowser Shuttle to transport customers as needed.
- Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
- Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings.
