  • Evaluate effectiveness of current site-level systems and drive upgrades, standardization, and scalability.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for security services, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and consistency.
  • Lead capital planning and prioritization for security enhancements including surveillance, lighting, fencing, and controlled access.
  • Ensure all facilities maintain appropriate and consistent security controls aligned to risk levels.

Policy, Training & Compliance

  • Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of loss prevention policies and procedures across all sites.
  • Design and deploy training programs for leaders and employees focused on theft prevention, fraud awareness, and material handling.
  • Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with HR and Safety to align loss prevention efforts with broader compliance and workplace conduct programs.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Inventory, HR, Safety, and Security to drive a proactive loss prevention culture.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting on shrink trends, investigations, risks, and mitigation strategies.
