Seeking experienced retail leaders for immediate placement as Store Managers through a structured Manager-On-Deck (MOD) program. This role is not entry-level; candidates will be certified and ready to manage stores upon vacancy.
The program involves pairing with a high-performing manager, learning operational standards, leadership, and customer service, and completing training modules. Upon success, candidates are placed as store managers.
Responsibilities include:
Qualifications: 2 years leadership experience, retail or automotive management background preferred, strong communication and sales skills, valid driver’s license, and willingness to relocate. Must work weekends and be physically able to handle store environment demands.
