Seeking experienced retail leaders for Store Manager roles through our Manager-On-Deck (MOD) program. This is a full-time, non-entry-level position with compensation up to $96K/year.
Participants will undergo structured training, partnering with a high-performing manager to learn operational standards, leadership, and customer service. Upon completion, they are eligible for store management placement.
Key duties include leading staff, setting goals, coaching, recruiting, analyzing sales trends, managing store facilities, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates need 2+ years of team leadership, retail or automotive management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven sales record.
