- Account Manager/Account Executive
Responsible for selling enterprise hardware, software, and services to active and prospective customers. Our sales staff engage in prospecting activities, manage multiple customer relationships and sales cycles, interact with the manufacturers, and stay on top of technology trends to support our customers needs. - Wholesale Account Manager
Responsible for selling enterprise hardware to our global network of VARs (Value Added Resellers), Brokers, and Resellers. Our wholesale team maintains multiple customer relationships and actively manages our multi-million-dollar inventory of new and refurbished hardware. - Business Development Representatives
Responsible for effectively applying company-trained lead generation techniques and value propositions to generate interest with prospective customers. BDR's also participate in sale and product training, plan and execute customer events, and support marketing and eCommerce initiatives. - Leadership
VPE Group has adopted the Entrepreneurial Operation System (EOS) to drive shared strategy, focus and decision making across the organization. Our leaders are responsible for helping team members grow in their careers, driving new initiatives and encourage strong communication across all departments toward the company's goals. - Inside Sales Representative
Responsible to support our Account Executives in forecasting, quoting and selling software and hardware infrastructure and support renewals to existing and prospective accounts. The ISR works closely between the sales and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and seamless delivery of customer orders. - Engineering
Responsible for oversight and resolution of all IT support requests and delivery of specialized IT project work for our Managed Service customers. They also handle all internal IT needs for all of the companies within VPE Group. - Technical Specialist
Responsible for building systems from component hardware and software to meet customer requirements, as well as providing technical support to customers. Technical Specialists also assist with inbound-product testing, break down to component level, and audit. - Customer Experience Specialist
Responsible for order fulfillment, inventory procurement, RMA management, as well as sales and inventory support. Order Management Specialists also process software, support, and license contract management for customers. - Operations Specialist
Responsible for receiving and processing all inbound-products as well as ensuring that it is inventoried, stored properly, and ready to fulfill customer orders. Logistics specialists are also responsible for maintaining the product warehouse as well as assembling and preparing outbound customer orders for shipment. - Marketing
The creative wheelhouse of our organization! Our marketing department works alongside leadership and the sales teams to continually improve the brand of all companies wihin the VPE Group organization. They oversea lead generation, social media, customer events, marketing collateral, photo/video media and company websites.
