Until Filled SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: - Valid Single Subject California Teaching Credential in Physical Education, Required - Valid Adapted Physical Education Added Authorization, Required - Appropriate ELL Authorization, Required - At least one year of experience of working with students with special needs, Preferred - Experience with students who have disabilities, Preferred - Ability to Pass DOJ Background/Fingerprint Check - Tuberculosis Clearance

SALARY: Long-Term Substitute Rate for Special Education : $275/day Must have proper credentials & authorizations

• Copy of Transcript (Copies of all transcripts ~ front and back if applicable)
• Credential Copy
• Driver''s License Copy
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) letters of recommendation. Cannot be more than 3 years old.)
• Resume
• TB Screening Result (TB clearances are good for 4 years)
• Test Results/Materials (Results from CBEST, CSET, RICA, MSAT, etc., if applicable)
