POSITION: Long-Term Substitute Teacher Music Teacher ~ Fine Arts Academy DEADLINE: UNTIL FILLED SALARY: $100 per half day Monday - Thursday, 12:30-3:30 pm SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: -Valid, California Credential authorized to teach Music OR 30-day Emergency Substitute Permit -Ability to Pass DOJ Background/Fingerprint Check -Tuberculosis Clearance

• Copy of Transcript (Copies of all transcripts ~ front and back if applicable)
• Credential Copy
• Driver's License Copy
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) letters of recommendation. Cannot be more than 3 years old.)
• Resume
• TB Screening Result (TB clearances are good for 4 years)
• Test Results/Materials (Results from CBEST, CSET, RICA, MSAT, etc., if applicable)
