Location: Horsham, PA 19044 (On-site)
Pay: $64.27/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM + alternating weekends
Type: Full-time
Start: ASAP (priority to candidates who can start immediately)

A-Line Staffing is hiring an experienced LTC Pharmacist for a leading closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Horsham, PA. This is a great opportunity for a Pennsylvania-licensed pharmacist seeking a consistent daytime schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications accurately
Ensure pharmacy operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations
Monitor patient medication compliance and identify potential overuse or drug-related issues
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy documentation
Counsel providers/patients on medication use, dosing, storage, side effects, and interactions
Compound medications (including sterile preparations as needed)
Maintain inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication-related concerns
Supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff

Qualifications

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in the State of Pennsylvania (required)
PharmD (required)
Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work alternating weekends
Must be able to start ASAP
