Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year LTC experience.
• Other Requirements: Must have a Michigan RN or compact license, ability to work night shifts (6 PM - 6:30 AM), and be available for emergent needs as required by state regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTC residents during night shifts, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
