We are seeking a compassionate, hands-on Nursing Leader (RN) to join our team. This leader will work alongside our caregivers and nurses, providing direct bedside care while guiding, mentoring, and supporting the team to achieve shared goals. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll lead by example—not from behind a desk. You'll provide real-time coaching, foster accountability, and help create a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional, resident-centered care. Your positive attitude, clinical expertise, and approachable leadership style will set the tone for the team while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compassion are maintained every day.
Pay:
- Starting at $37.00/hour, based on date of licensure.
- 40/36 perfect attendance bonus - paid 40 hours for working 36!
- $3.00/hour shift differential
- $5000 sign on bonus

Schedules: Full Time Night Shift (6:30pm - 7:00am) every third weekend rotation

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and manage resident-driven care plans
- Manages staff assignments, and maintains appropriate staffing ratios.
- Delegates duties to staff members within each individual team member's scope of practice, training, and competency level.
- Provide direct leadership, supervision and support to nursing staff including RN, LPN and STNA
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by Medical Director or Resident physician
- Documentation following established clinical policies and procedures
- Effectively communicates with residents, family members and co-workers
- Protects the health and safety of residents
- Other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position
- Willing to lead by example and support your team in achieving goals, including performing duties of other nursing staff when needed
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing.
Licenses or other required certifications: Must have current RN to practice nursing in State of Ohio, hold current CPR card.
Experience: Previous experience in long term/geriatrics preferred.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities: Familiar with infection control practices, OSHA guidelines relative to long term care, and Ohio Department of Health Regulations.
