JSG is recruiting a Candidate who will be supporting an innovative food manufacturing operations as a Logistics Technician! In this hands-on role, you will supervise warehouse and logistics activities within a fast-paced, food production environment, ensuring seamless distribution. This position is located in Plymouth IN.

Pay $30/hour to $35/hour. Per Diem Available for out of State candidates.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse and logistics management experience, ideally within a food manufacturing environment in Warehouse
Strong organizational skills with the to make ability to a tangible impact in manage multiple priorities in a fast a fast-changing environment
Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
Familiarity with material handling-paced manufacturing equipment and cGMP standards

Required Skills:

Knowledge- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems of food safety standards and compliance; SAP preferred
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-changing environment

Preferred Education and Experience skills

Some Experience with college coursework; degree preferred
Past material handling equipment and maintaining cGMP standards

Nice to Have Skills:

Background in food industry operations
Experience with continuous process improvement experience supporting food manufacturing or similar industries initiatives

Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments
Familiarity with inventory accuracy measures and cycle counting
