Position Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for supporting a team to deliver superior customer service by developing and aligning tactical plans that leverage standard processes and eliminate waste across multiple functions 
  • Drive profitable growth by engaging with several Operations functions to provide efficient and effective logistics planning services 
  • Manage and consistently achieve key performance metrics that show the departments effectiveness to the company's objectives
  • Maintain working knowledge of all department IT applications and SOP’s and ensure team is adhering to and optimizing available methodologies, tools and resources  
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
