LCRA is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to make a meaningful impact beyond the warehouse. This is a critical leadership role entrusted to ensure the right materials are handled safely, accurately, and on time to support the infrastructure and services our communities depend on. How You’ll Contribute:
- Lead logistics operations across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable material movement.
- Develop and lead teams by mentoring employees, managing performance, and promoting an environment centered on safety and accountability.
- Lead all aspects of inventory operations to maintain accuracy, optimize processes, and support business needs.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver outstanding service and meet operational priorities.
How You’re Qualified:
- Nine or more years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, supply management, or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in logistics, supply management, warehouse operations or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
- Experience with IBM Maximo or other relevant ERP program.
- Experience with forklift operation and material handling.
