Logistics Specialist I

Position Summary: The Logistics Specialist I provides foundational support across all logistics functions, including inventory control, shipping, parts sales, and data analysis. This entry-level role ensures aircraft parts and materials are accurately inventoried, properly stored, and efficiently processed through Dynamic Aviation's logistics systems

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts

Verify ERP data integrity by cross-referencing physical part information and documentation

Support incoming and outgoing parts transactions and stock movements

Properly label, package, and shelve aircraft parts to ensure compliance with quality standards

Prepare, process, and file required shipping or inventory documentation

Provide customer service and coordination support for internal and external requests

Assist with parts posting, requisitions, and work order support

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures

Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent

0-1 years of related job experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment and positively collaborate with others

Preferred Qualifications

Some college courses

Familiarity with ERP systems

Additional Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in warehouse conditions, not temperature regulated (heat or cold)

Working Conditions

Monday- Friday 7 AM- 4 PM

Pay Band: $16.09 - $20.50 per hour. Starting pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity, and typically falls between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.
