We are seeking a Logistics and Inventory Specialist earning $19/hour to support retail operations by managing inventory accuracy, conducting audits, processing shipments, and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure inventory integrity through daily audits and cycle counts using scanning tech.
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, record damages, shortages, and overages accurately.
- Monitor systems to track inventory flow, resolve issues, and maintain records.
- Perform regular audits and support operational efficiency by collaborating across teams.
- Support store functions, adapt to fast-paced environments, and own inventory challenges.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 1-3 years of inventory control experience, flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments is necessary.
