This role is designed as a fast-track program. You will start as a Logistics Sales Coordinator and within 60 days, be promoted into a Business Development Representative role based on performance.

Starting salary of $42,000 annually
Uncapped Commission starting at 40% - with opportunity up to 50%
Top 50% of reps: $100,000+ after Year 1.
Top performers: $1M + annual commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
Quote, negotiate, and secure competitive freight rates.
Resolve issues quickly to ensure service reliability.
Manage shipment data and updates in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-level service.
Assist with billing and account management.
