We are seeking a Freight Broker to drive revenue within a logistics brokerage environment, with full ownership of customer acquisition and freight execution.
This is a performance-driven sales role where you will build and grow your own book of business, close new shippers, and manage freight from pickup through delivery. You'll operate with a high level of autonomy while being fully accountable for revenue, margins, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation sales
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Experience building or managing a book of business (preferred)
- Strong understanding of freight markets, carrier operations, and pricing
- Ability to operate independently in a commission-driven environment
- Must have direct logistics/brokerage experience (non-industry sales will not be considered)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing freight from quote to delivery (preferred)
