Job Summary:
The Logistics Procurement Lead is responsible for developing and executing carrier procurement strategies across the logistics network. This role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and managing carrier relationships to drive cost efficiency, service reliability, and long-term network optimization.
The position plays a critical role in balancing cost, capacity, and compliance-ensuring all carrier partners meet operational, financial, and regulatory standards. Success in this role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to proactively manage carrier performance and risk while supporting operational execution.
