What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will develop, execute, and adjust daily distribution plans to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective product delivery while maintaining customer inventory requirements
  • Monitor and manage bulk gas inventories using advanced planning systems and tools to ensure uninterrupted customer supply
  • Review customer demand, scheduled outages, driver availability, and vehicle resources to optimize fleet utilization and support changing operational needs
  • Coordinate with management, drivers, and driver supervisors to proactively address supply concerns, logistics challenges, and resource requirements
  • Further, you will respond to customer and driver communications, including phone calls and DriverChat messages, resolving issues and ensuring timely operational support
  • Schedule and assign drivers in compliance with contractual agreements, DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  • Ensure all distribution activities meet quality assurance requirements, regulatory standards, and company safety objectives
  • And you will prepare fleet performance reports and maintain accurate customer, driver, vehicle, and transaction data within the Advanced Logistics System (PALS)
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service reliability, data integrity, and transportation costs

What makes you great

  • You have an associate degree, military service, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
  • Customer service experience with regular interaction with internal and/or external customers preferred
  • Logistics, transportation, supply chain, dispatch, or operations experience is preferred but not required
  • You have ability and willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift initially, with opportunities for future advancement to 1st shift based on performance, experience, and business needs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn logistics and planning software applications

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $52,500 - $77,000
