Role Overview — A Day in the Life

You arrive with a clear plan and turn a flurry of details into accurate, on-time shipments. Your morning starts by collecting the day’s documentation—packing slips, OJR, ship records, and ship pending—then printing, stapling, and organizing each packet. You’ll input data from pull reports to ensure the right products are prepared and tracked correctly.

As the day unfolds, you’ll coordinate with Account Managers via email or in person, maintain box inventory levels, and order the supplies required to complete each pull, including hardware and packing materials. You stay alert to any signage-related problems and promptly report them to management. Throughout, you uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Before close, you make sure departmental priorities and goals are clearly understood, share instructions with Team Leaders, and operate a forklift when needed to keep everything moving.

Schedule Options

  • Full-Time: 1st and 2nd Shifts
  • FLEX Shifts: Non-traditional work hours
  • FLEX Shift Requirements: Work every other month for 3–4 weeks, including all required overtime (10–12 hour shifts and/or weekends)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize all daily paperwork (packing slips, OJR, ship records, ship pending)
  • Enter information from pull reports accurately
  • Print, staple, and sort packing slips for efficient processing
  • Communicate with Account Managers via email or verbally
  • Maintain box inventory and restock as needed
  • Order supplies to complete pulls, including hardware and packing materials
  • Report any signage-related issues to management
  • Adhere to all safety and cleanliness standards
  • Clarify and reinforce department priorities and goals
  • Relay instructions and directions to Team Leaders
  • Utilize a forklift as needed

What You Bring

  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and results driven
  • Ability to manage a large workload and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines
  • Willing and available for weekend shifts and overtime as required
  • Team-player mindset that builds a strong, positive spirit and aligns with GSP values
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
