Location: Fort Smith, ArkansasPosition Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to provide operational and analytical support to the logistics team, with a primary focus on bulk rail operations, domestic co-packing support, and stakeholder coordination. This role will help maintain continuity of operations, improve logistics visibility, and support issue resolution during a high-volume operational period.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and logistics coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities - Support day-to-day logistics operations with a focus on data accuracy, reporting, and record management
- Track and manage rail billing activities for approximately 47 leased bulk railcars
- Monitor rail and bulk logistics performance, including shipment tracking, billing validation, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with Global Bulk, Processing teams, and bulk/drayage partners to support schedule adherence and operational updates
- Provide domestic co-packing logistics support for bulk and finished goods freight activities
- Maintain logistics documentation, trackers, reports, and internal system updates
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency, timely communication, and issue mitigation
- Assist with logistics analysis, reporting, operational support tasks, and special projects as needed
- Support freight coordination and transportation management activities
Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with logistics data and reporting tools
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in record keeping
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with logistics operations, transportation coordination, or supply chain support preferred
Preferred Experience - Freight logistics, transportation management, or bulk rail logistics experience
- Rail billing, shipment tracking, auditing, and logistics performance reporting
- Experience coordinating across supply chain, operations, or intercompany teams
- Exposure to bulk transportation or drayage operations preferred
