Logistics Manager | Mason, MI

Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Logistics Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire supply chain process, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
  • Optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers to secure favorable terms.
  • Implement and manage logistics software and technology to track shipments and improve visibility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements.
