We are seeking a highly organized and communication-focused Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and serve as the key liaison between the warehouse team, logistics, project management, and administrative departments. This role is centered around ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth material flow, timely communication, and operational efficiency across all departments.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate communication between warehouse operations, dispatch, project managers, and office administration to ensure orders, deliveries, and inventory needs are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing material flow, ensuring all shipments, staging, and storage activities are properly documented and communicated.
- Assist with implementing operational procedures that improve warehouse efficiency, communication, and accountability.
- Track and report operational issues, inventory concerns, and workflow bottlenecks to management in a timely manner.
- Utilize ERP systems, spreadsheets, shipping documents, and inventory software to maintain accurate operational data.

- Must have previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, material handling, or inventory management.
- Must have strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively between field operations and administrative teams.
- Must have experience working in construction materials, steel, rebar, industrial supply, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and warehouse documentation.
