The Logistics Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end logistics, materials management, vendor coordination, warehouse operations, and site logistics in support of data center construction and operations projects. This role ensures the timely availability of materials and equipment, adherence to safety and compliance requirements, cost control, and achievement of operational performance metrics.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, minimizing project risk, preventing delays, managing Owner Furnished and Contractor Furnished (OFCI/CFCI) materials, and coordinating logistics activities across internal teams, vendors, general contractors, and hyperscale data center clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sourcing, procurement, tracking, and delivery of materials and equipment, including OFCI and CFCI assets, across multiple project sites.

  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, asset tracking, safety stock levels, and material handling processes.

  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials to meet construction schedules, site requirements, and project milestones.

  • Administer vendor relationships, subcontractor purchase orders, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and large rental and supplier programs.

  • Coordinate site logistics activities with general contractors, data center clients, and internal stakeholders, including mobilization planning, laydown areas, material staging, site access, and vendor escorting.

  • Support accounts payable activities, including invoice-to-purchase order matching, credit resolution, and vendor payment coordination.

  • Develop and maintain logistics reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track cost, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost savings, margin improvement, and process optimization.

  • Lead logistics related safety initiatives, ensure compliance with company and site SOPs, and participate in safety meetings and training as required.

  • Participate in weekly project, client, and site meetings to track logistics deliverables and resolve issues proactively.

  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external partners on logistics systems, tools, processes, and procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Inventory accuracy and asset accountability

  • On‑time delivery (OTD) performance

  • Cost savings and year over year margin improvement

  • RMA processing and issue resolution cycle time

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in logistics, supply chain, materials management, or procurement within construction, data center, industrial, or infrastructure environments.

  • Proven experience managing OFCI/CFCI materials, warehouse operations, and multi‑site logistics programs.

  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP (MM / S/4HANA preferred) or comparable platforms.

  • Strong vendor management, financial coordination, reporting, and data analysis capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification

  • APICS certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or related credentials)

  • Experience supporting hyperscale or mission critical data center environments

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and operational analytics
