TMD Staffing is looking to hire Customer Service Representative in North side of Houston, 77032 area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Warehouse

Full-time Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and providing overall support to the business.  The Customer Representative will be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.   This role will work internally with the sales team and other various departments.

We are looking for a team player who has a positive attitude, works independently, is flexible, and works well in a fast-paced working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Process and ensure accuracy of orders
• Arrange transportation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Generate customer invoices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer Service experience (excludes retail and restaurant experience)
• Customer rapport
• Active listening
• Problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential
• Enterprise software experience (e.g. QuickBooks, Datacor/Chempax, SAP, similar ERP system)

PAY 

$26.44/hour

SCHEDULE

8am-5pm, Mon-Friday but flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
