Description
Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service? And have you worked in dispatching or logistics? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are hiring a weekday, first shift Customer Service Associate to support a logistics team. This is a long term contract position. The ideal candidate will have logistics experience and be a great communicator. Must be able to work the following shift: Monday through Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships.
• Communicate with associates from other shifts
• Complete daily logs and checklists
• Work with customer to resolve any transportation issues
