Seeking a Seasonal Logistics Coordinator for Yuba City to support bulk agricultural commodities and shuttle deliveries during the peak season (August-November).


  • Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and communication with growers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Manage paperwork, system entry, and billing accuracy, including freight audits and report generation.
  • Support safety, quality, and environmental compliance while maintaining excellent attendance and communication skills.
  • Requires working 6-7 days/week, with overtime and on-call availability. Valid driver’s license and knowledge of logistics preferred.
  • Ideal candidates have 2+ years in agriculture or logistics, proficiency in MS Office, problem-solving skills, and bilingual abilities (Spanish). Experience with dispatching systems and high-pressure environments is a plus.

  • Physical demands include sitting, handling equipment, and occasional standing or walking. The work environment has medium to high noise levels. Compensation starts at $19/hour with benefits offered.
