The Logistics Coordinator, under the guidance of the Logistics Manager, is responsible for scheduling appointments, creating Bills of Lading, and booking and tracking trucks.
They will
- monitor outbound trucks, manage customer portals, and handle daily logistics invoices.
- Support sales and operations with logistics projects, communicate professionally with vendors and customers, and coordinate pickups and deliveries to meet timelines.
- Generate accurate shipment documents, track loads, update teams on statuses, and escalate issues promptly.
- Ensure precise data entry and timely information sharing.
- Participate in on-call duties, including last-minute bookings and inbound communication.
Skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, multitasking, accuracy, punctuality, and flexibility, with bilingual ability a plus.
