Major wholesale distribution company seeks Logistics Coordinator who will play a role in supporting logistics and operational flow across company's supply chain network.


Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Timely Purchase Order Coverage
  • Daily Track & Trace
  • Delivery Coordination
  • Participation in Strategy Planning
                 -Continuous Network Optimization
                 -Identification of capacity constraints alongside global, national and regional requirements
                 -Carrier Onboarding
                 -Project Coordination

Operational Support
  • Assist with documentation, appointment confirmations, and load tracking
  • Help resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple functions.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms and ERP systems (Ryder, WMI).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools.
