Known for our seamless end-to-end client experience, we accompany our luxury products with elite, white-glove delivery and installation. We are expanding our operations team and looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to help anchor our supply chain.

Position Summary
As a Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our custom furniture moves flawlessly from global manufacturers to our regional warehouse, and ultimately into our clients' homes. This is an operational role designed for an organized, solutions-driven professional who excels at multitasking, routing logistics, and maintaining clear communication under pressure. You will bridge the gap between our sales team, external freight carriers, warehouse staff, and upscale clients to guarantee exceptional delivery execution.

  • Core Responsibilities
    Coordinate and optimize daily delivery schedules and multi-stop route planning for our in-house white-glove delivery fleet and third-party carriers across NY, NJ, and CT.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for retail and Trade clients to schedule final home installations, clearly communicating window timelines, arrival protocols, and site preparation requirements.
  • Track international and domestic freight shipments from manufacturing partners to the warehouse, proactively identifying, flagging, and solving transit delays.
  • Review inbound delivery manifests against our e-commerce platform and inventory management systems to ensure custom configurations match arriving inventory exactly.
  • Handle transit exceptions in real-time, working closely with the warehouse team on freight damages, missing hardware, or delivery obstacles, and initiating carrier freight claims when necessary.
  • Partner daily with Showroom Managers and Trade Account Executives to provide precise order statuses, enabling transparent updates for high-value clients.

Qualifications & Skills
 

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination, fulfillment, supply chain, or dispatching roles.
  • Previous experience within e-commerce, home furnishings, or luxury retail environments is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with routing software, warehouse inventory modules, or ERP systems.
  • Comfort navigating Shopify backend data or CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor suited for navigating high-end residential clients and business partners.
  • Strong spatial and analytical skills to resolve scheduling conflicts, delivery exceptions, and unexpected route variables on the fly.
  • High level of accuracy in checking item SKUs, custom fabrics, dimensions, and cross-referencing logistical documentation.
