Job Purpose:
Under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager, this position is responsible for scheduling appointments, creating Bills of Lading (BOLS), tracking and tracing each load and truck to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Duties:
  • Process and prepare shipping and receiving documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, packing lists).
  • Track each outgoing shipment in transit and update the sales and coordination teams on the status of all shipments.
  • Identify and escalate issues or potential problems with shipments, ensuring timely resolution
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update logistics databases or systems.
  • Schedule appointments for pickups in coordination with shipping and production teams.
  • Schedule deliveries to ensure customer timelines are met and delivery expectations are fulfilled
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • File and organize logistics documentation for audits and reporting.
  • Support warehouse operations as needed.
  • Generate precise and accurate BOLs

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of working quickly, accurately, and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines without compromising quality, must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance with the flexibility to work weekends when needed
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to read and write in English, Bilingual a plus
