Job Summary: Supervises the management team in the daily operations of a large-scale logistics center, including the wholesale outlet sales floor, dock, salvage, and donations, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Oversee the security of all GWH assets, customer relations, the sale of donated goods, inventory controls, and accurate transactions to maximize profitability and expand training opportunities. Provides direction, job training, supervision, development, and support for a team of 50–100+ associates across multiple shifts in a 24/7 operation. Assists in leading all associates to handle goods properly and safely, optimize inbound and outbound flows, and increase revenues for mission services funding.
